To help to ensure your experience is the best, we only work with authorized sellers to help protect product integrity and prevent against product tampering. If for any reason you're unhappy with a Capstar® or NextStar® product purchased from an authorized seller or directly from our website, we’ll gladly work to make it right.* WE ARE HERE TO HELP. If you are unhappy with your Capstar or NextStar experience our customer care team is available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST. You can call us at 1-800-224-7387. Please have the following ready to help us provide the best service; your full legal name, product name, mailing address and Proof of Purchase. The Proof of Purchase can be a receipt, original packaging or applicators. Photos can be sent via social media, email or mail. You may be asked to provide a lot number from the package, to help us to continue to provide quality products. One offer is available per household.

*Subscription orders from capstarpet.com cannot be refunded once the product has shipped. Please be sure to cancel your subscription prior to shipment.

PETIQ stands behind its products and quality controls. If for any reason you or your pet is not satisfied with a PETIQ product that you purchased from one of our authorized sellers, we’ll gladly provide you with a replacement product or refund within 60 days of the date of purchase (the “Guarantee”). Please note that because PETIQ is unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers online or in-store. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

How to Claim the Guarantee: To submit a Guarantee request, please contact PETIQ Product Customer Service at 1 (800) 224-7387 and follow the prompts provided.  Please have information available regarding where, when, and from whom you purchased your product.  Once our Customer Service team verifies your eligibility to claim the Guarantee, the team will provide you with details on how to email or mail in a proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice) and the physical UPC code of your PETIQ product. If you choose to send via mail, the proof of purchase must be postmarked within 60 days of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your proof of purchase and physical UPC code.

PETIQ Guarantee Guidelines: PETIQ reserves the right to verify information, to require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion if PETIQ determines that a customer is abusing the Guarantee or has engaged in fraud.
